One of Strobbo’s main aims is to offer our customers one platform for use with both full-time employees and agency workers.

We have developed the user groups system for this purpose. The user groups feature in Strobbo allows you to make and manage different lists of people and to create admins for each specific user group, who then have access rights to the user group information.

This allows employment agencies to access all their staff data and, if possible, we want to go a step further and link with the employment agency’s backend systems (see below).

Use cases:

1. Personnel details:
The employment agency staff can log in to Strobbo to see all the details of their personnel and add new personnel.

2. The employment agency also receives details of the working hours planned for agency staff.

3. The hours logged (registered via our time registration system) can be exported in the employment agency’s preferred import format.

NOTE: if the employment agency has never worked with Strobbo before, their import format will first have to be provided to Strobbo.

If the employment agency has the option of linking the backend via API, we can take the automation a step further:

Options for API linking:

1. Syncing personnel data:
When a new employee is added in the employment agency’s system, this can be automatically transferred to Strobbo via API.
Find more API information here: https://services.strobbo.com/api/documentation/#/Employees/post_employees

2. If a planning document is sent, contracts (requests) can be automatically sent to the employment agency’s backend system.
You can request details for this API via support@strobbo.com

3. Notifying of availability:
If agency workers’ availability is updated in the employment agency’s system, this can be synced with Strobbo so the planning team can see the availability.
This API is also not currently available to the public and can be requested via support@strobbo.com
