If you work with an interim office and you want to easily pass on the planning to them, you can do that through Strobbo.
First you need to create a User Group for the "interim office".
Attention: this is not activated by default, please contact our support.
When it is activated, proceed as follows.
Click on Management > Settings > Extra
Click on User groups
Click on Add
The only fields you need to fill in in this case are:
Name e.g. Interim office
Description e.g. Planning for temp agency
E-mails: here you add the e-mails of the persons who should receive the planning
Click on "save" .
Then you link the users to the user group
Click on the icon behind the user group.
Click on "assign employee".
A pop-up appears with the employees, tick the employees that you want to assign to this user group.
Then click on Assign.
The employees are now linked to the user group.
If you want to remove someone from the user group, click on the trash can behind his name.
Create a planning and send it to the interim agency
If you place a user from the user group Interim Agency on the planning you will get the following screen when sending the planning.
You will now see the subdivision between normal users and users in the user group Interim Office.
Without the employee's approval of the working hours, the persons whose email address has been entered will receive an overview of the planned working hours via email.
If the planning changes, an update will be sent via email.
An e-mail is also sent when the open working hours are approved.
