There are two ways to use autoscheduling:
In these instructions you’ll find more information on:
What are the profiles for autoscheduling?
During your training period with Strobbo, we will work with you to configure autoscheduling and create multiple types of profiles for autoscheduling.
We can determine the scheduling rules for each profile to define what what you consider optimal scheduling. For example, we’ll define how many days and hours per week a person can work.
You cannot set up these profiles yourself. The Strobbo technical team does this for you.
Important: ensure that there is a linked autoscheduling profile for everyone we need to create a schedule for.
When assigning needs to users, the system takes into account the rules which apply for the relevant profile.
How can you see if someone is linked?
Do this as follows:
Go to “Administration” and “Users”
Click “Excel overview”
Go to the company tab and find the “Autoscheduling profile” column
Check whether the person has an autoscheduling profile.
If they do not, select the required profile. This is automatically logged on the system.
Assigning a profile to a user
You can do this in two ways:
Via the Excel overview (see: How can you see if someone is linked?).
or via the user profile:
