How do I put a holiday in the system?

Depending on your social secretariat, you may need to mark some days as "public holidays".

Other social secretariats, such as SD Worx and Vesta, count the holiday bonus automatically, which means that you do not need to do this.

If days need to be marked as public holidays for the payroll, proceed as follows.

1. Choose in the menu for Schedule - Absence & Availability.
2. Click on "Add" - " Legal Holiday"

3. You'll now see a pop-up.
4. Select the day on which you want to add a holiday (select this day).
5. Give a name to the holiday.

6. Click on add.


In the calendar, the day is indicated as :

Want to remove the Legal Holiday, click on the 3 dots.
