You have the possibility to export or import the holiday balances with the help of a specific template/file.

You can find this template/file here

The file consists out of the following:

  • *National registry number: The national registry number of the employee, as written in Strobbo.

  • *Employee number: The employee number, as known by your payroll provider.

*We require that at least on of these given data fields are filled in.

  • Name of the type of leave: this has to be the exact same name as noted in Strobbo. Tip: Take an export (see below). This way you will always have the correct pronunciation.

  • Initial balance: the balance with which the employee starts.

  • Current balance: the balance which the employee currently has. Attention:  these balances must be entered in decimal numbers. Example: 10,50h = 10h30. When you convert your balance to decimal numbers, make sure the number before the comma stays te same. The amount of minutes has to be devided by 60. Example: 10:30 ==> 10, (30/60) => 10,50
