In Strobbo, with just one click, you can submit your scheduled personnel to Dimona. Not only declarations but also Dimona updates and cancellations can be sent via Strobbo. For this, you need to grant Strobbo permission to make Dimona declarations on behalf of your company.

This can be done through Chaman (=online service of the government for the management of the technical channels) on the website of Social Security.

(Note: If you're using Strobbo for the first time and still have to configure the dimona-connection for the first time, you'll have to follow this manual.)

Activating the dimona webservice is done as follows:

  1. Download the Strobbo-certificate via dropbox. The file you have to download is "STRDM.cer": https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rtw9zve7dzu6q7g/AAAXcAxnU9YdBK3wFgXENi3ta?dl=0

  2. Log in through the government website through the following link. After logging in, you should select the company you want to do this for:

  3. Click "Bevestigen" on the following screen.

  4. Provide your contact information in the following screen:

  5. Click "Webservice account toevoegen"

  6. Complete the following information in the pop-up

    • Type: Rest

    • Accountnaam: fill in the name of the company

    • Beveiligde machtingen: Check the following two check marks

      • Consultatie van Dimona-aangifte

      • Dimona-aangiftes verrichten

    • Certificaat: upload the certificate here that you downloaded during step 1.

      • Certificaatnaam: fill in "STRDMN"

  7. After you've completed the information, you can click "Bevestigen".

  8. The webservice has now been created. Click on the eye so the details are displayed. Take a printscreen of the following screen and mail this printscreen to hello@strobbo.com so we can configure this in Strobbo for you. Take a printscreen of the screen you can see below as well, where the "Client ID" is clearly visible. You can add this in your mail to us.
