If you work with Nowjobs, you not only can synchronise staff but also send your schedule to the Nowjobs application.

Please note: to use the planning sync, you need to use the External Contracts module.

When an employee is linked to the Nowjobs user group, the schedule can be sent from Strobbo so that the employee receives the working hours in his Nowjobs app.

The employee can then approve/reject the working hours via the Nowjobs app.

When creating the schedule, you will proceed in the same way as with a regular schedule in Strobbo.

You then send the schedule to the employees via the "send working hours" button. You get a summary of working hours sent to Nowjobs and regular employees. Nowjobs employees are listed under "Nowjobs".

The working hours become visible when you click on the arrow at the back of the name of the respective employee.

As you can see, it is not possible to send working hours via mail/text. This is because working hours go to the Nowjobs app anyway. Automatic approval is not possible in Strobbo either. This should be done by the employee in the Nowjobs app.

You click "submit" and the working hours are sent to Nowjobs.

Please note that unlike our first scheduling sync, a pop-up will now appear when sending the External Contracts to Nowjobs.

You need to press the green "Request External Contracts" button on this pop-up. Work time will only then be effectively sent to Nowjobs.

Whenever you make a change, such as changing or removing a working time, you also need to resend a contract to Nowjobs.

Should you forget to do this in the pop-up, you can still do so via the External Contracts page.

Working hours that require a contract can be recognised by the "contract" symbol on the schedule.

The colour of the icon is linked to the status of the External Contract:

  • brown: draft

  • blue: requested

  • green: approved

  • red: rejected

You can view the status of contracts via the "contract" symbol at the top next to the notification bell.

Clicking on this will open a side panel with all the contracts and their respective status. You can read the details and purpose of this option here.
