You can use the 'Wages' dashboard to get insights into your employees’ wages and costs. This is an indication based on clocked hours. The actual wage and cost are usually calculated by your social secretary.
More information on the general operation of the reporting dashboards can be found at: General operation dashboards
Wage and cost calculation
The wage and cost for the clocked hours are calculated based on the employees' wages and costs. You can enter these under Management -> Users.
Filters
Apart from the filters for the period and workspace, you can also filter this dashboard on the employee's work area and statute. ‘Not configured' means the employees for whom no statute has been configured.
Summary
At the top of the dashboard, you can see an overview in figures. This displays the totals and averages of hours, wages, and costs for the requested period.
Cost per work area
Beneath the overview you’ll find a graph where you can see how the costs of different work areas compare to each other. The larger the block of a work area, the higher the cost associated with that work area. The size of a block is equal to the percentage of the cost for that work area relative to the total cost.
N/A means 'Not applicable'. This occurs when someone who was not planned does a time registration. In this case, there is no work area to which the time registration, and consequently the cost, can be linked. These costs are grouped under 'N/A'.
Wage per workspace
On this chart, you can compare the wages and costs of the different workspaces. You can add or remove workspaces by using the workspace filter at the top left.
Wage per month
This graph breaks down the wage and cost of the selected period over the different months of that period. To ensure that the values for the first and last months on this graph include all days of those months, the period you select should start on the first day of a month and end on the last day of a month.
Wage and cost per statute
This graph shows how wages and costs are distributed between the different statutes. If there are statutes that represent only a small proportion of the wage and cost, and if the proportion of this wage or cost is less than 5% of the total wage or cost, these are grouped under the 'Other' category on the graph.
