Please note:
If you have set up your personnel so that you do the Dimona declarations via Strobbo, a Dimona record is created in Strobbo when you send a schedule.
This article explains how you can set up a Dimona for your staff members.
Sending Dimonas
If you work with the time clock, the Dimona's are sent automatically when the staff clocks-in or clocks-out. If you aren’t sure whether this is set-up for your environment,
get in touch with your Strobbo trainer or ask us in our support chat.
In theory, you always need to send your Dimona's manually before your employees start work. Note: if there are edits to the schedule, you’ll also need to edit your Dimona's manually. For this reason, some clients choose NOT to send their Dimona's in advance.
The biggest advantage of sending a Dimona in advance is that you receive feedback from the NNSO (Social Security Service). This way, you know that a student has worked more than their permitted hours or that Flexi is not an option for the given contract type, for example.
There are three ways to send Dimonas via Strobbo:
Sending one or more at the same time using the check box at the front of the row of the relevant Dimona(s).
Send all Dimonas together via the check box at the top of the column
If you tick this box, all the Dimonas are selected.
Then, the “actions” button appears.
Click “send”.

Colour of the Dimona
You can find the colour of your Dimonas at the end, next to “status”.
There are five colours:
Grey: the Dimona has been created but not yet sent. Or, you have updated the Dimona but still need to send the update.
Yellow: the Dimona has been sent but is awaiting feedback from the NSSO
Green: the Dimona has been correctly processed. You will now receive a Period ID.
Orange: the RSZ has sent a comment.
For example, the conditions for Flexi are not met.Red: Dimona is incorrect
You can also use the Period ID to search for the Dimona on the NSSO website.
