In Online Work SChedule it is possible to pass on your planned personnel to Dimona in only 1 click.

With Online Work Schedule, you can not only send declarations, but also Dimona updates and annulations.

To use these functions, you first need to activate Dimona for Online Work Schedule. More information on activating Dimona in this article.
Attention: if you have not yet activated Dimona, you won't be able to see the options in the following screenshots.

You can indicate that you want to make Dimona declarations for an employee in the following way:

  1. Choose in the menu for Management - Users.
  2. Click on the edit icon (pencil) of the employee for whom you want to make Dimona declarations.
  3. Click on the tab with the name of your establishment.

Scroll down and choose the appropriate Dimona type for your employee in the drop-down list.

And finally, click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
