How do I add a workspace or department?

You can request a new department yourself as Admin in Strobbo:

(Please note! This is not free of charge. For this, it is best to contact us for an appropriate quote).

Go to Management - Settings and choose the tab 'Workspaces'. Then click on the button 'Request a workspace'.

The following pop-up will open. Fill in the all necessary fields and click on "request new".

The following pop-up will open, if you are sure press "yes".

A pop-up to our Chat "Intercom" will appear. You have to click on the green arrow to send the information to our support-team. They will do the necessary.

When the workspace was added the workspace you can assign personnel to this extra workspace or department. Assigning personnel to workspaces goes as follows.

Management - Users - Edit (pencil icon) of the personnel who you'd like to assign.
In the tab 'Personal Details' you can add a workspace. 

Now you can go to the tab of the new workplace and select a work area for this person.

Don't forget to click on the green 'Save' button below.
