Via “Settings – work areas”, you can add and adjust work areas, and assign employees to the work areas.
You can add a work area:
Click on the green "Add " button.
The following pop-up will open.
Fill in the following details.
Name of the work area
Select the correct workspace
Select a colour for the workspace if you want to have one
Number of records
Function title
On a student contract you can find this under the “Qualification” field.
Note: this function title is copied if the student is scheduled.
External ID
You should fill this in if you are linking with a third party
External ID (alphanumeric)
You should fill this in if you are linking with a third party
Now you can add the employees to the work area.
Use the button “Assign employees” to allocate employees to your work area.
The following pop-up will open.
Select the correct work area
You can see a list of all employees, select the ones who can work in this work area.
Click save when you are ready.
