You can add a work area as follows:
Choose in the menu for Management - Settings.
Click on the tab 'Work areas'.
Click on the button 'Add a work area'.
Enter a name and choose a colour and standard # records which you want to show during planning.
Click on 'Add'.
Now you can add personnel by clicking the 'Assign personnel' button.
Select the work area where you'd like to assign personnel, check the personnel that will work in that area, and click 'Save'.
