In Strobbo, it is now possible to link contracts to statutes. This means you can configure whether employees with a specific statute need to sign a contract when clocking in.

You can find this under "Admin - Settings - Dynamic Statutes". Click the edit icon (pencil) for the relevant statute to configure it.

In this example, we use the "Student" statute. In the description, you can add extra information to make the statute easier to recognize, such as "The students of the company."

🔹 Under Contract, select the appropriate contract type, in this case, "Student."
🔹 When a student clocks in, they will have the option to sign a student contract.

⚠️ Important: We follow the settings you have selected on the Contracts page

(Admin → Settings → Contracts).

Additionally, on this page, we have also added the option to specify which statutes the contract will be offered to.

In this example, you also see "must sign an allowed absence." You can check this option if it applies to your company.

If you don’t see this option, it means that allowed absence contracts are not activated.

When you work with "allowed absences" the settings for the signing flow have to be set to "based on statutes'
