When you try to login with the wrong details your account will be locked.

You will get a red warning stating:

"account is locked,
please ask a new paswoord" 

When an account is locked an Admin can UNLOCK the account.
1. Simply go to the profile in users.

2. When a user is locked their will be an orange warning stating "employee is locked"

3. Click on "unlock", when necessary also reset the paswoord.
