Please note this is not free.

Go to Management - Settings and choose the tab 'Workspaces'. Then click on the button 'Add a workspace'.

When you added the workspace you can assign personnel to this extra workspace or department. Assigning personnel to workspaces goes as follows.

Management - Users - Edit (pencil icon) of the personnel who you'd like to assign.
In the tab 'Personal Details' you can add a workspace. 

Now you can go to the tab of the new workplace and select a work area for this person.

Don't forget to click on the green 'Save' button below.
