In some cases a staff member will have to approve his working hours (eg for students), in other cases it will not have to (eg for permanent employees).

You can set whether or not someone should approve his working hours as follows:

You go to "Users" in the menu under "Management".

You click on the 'edit icon' on the left of the staff member for whom you want to set whether or not to approve. Do you work with the new version? Click on the line of the user.

If someone does not have to approve their working hours, check the box behind "automatically approve all working hours".
