You can easily check in Strobbo whether you have under/over/correctly planned your employees for a given week compared to their contractual hours.

On the schedule, you can see this under the employee's name thanks to the various colors:

  • Green: the employee has the same number of planned hours as contractual hours.

  • Orange: the employee has too many planned hours

  • Gray: the employee has no planned hours. Even if you are not yet at the number of contractual hours the hours will remain gray.

You can also filter on these employees. The filters allow you to hide certain employees based on the number of planned hours compared to their contractual hours.

To do this, you proceed as follows:

  • You go on the planning

  • Navigate to the sidebar.

Here you are going to click on the eye to open the view settings.

  • Under "Employees" you have the following options

    • Hide under-planned: when you check this box, the employees on the planning that are under-planned compared to their contractual hours disappear.

    • Hide well-planned: when checked, the employees on the planning who have just as many planned hours as contractual hours disappear.

    • Hide over-planned: when checked, the employees on the planning who are over-planned compared to their contractual hours will disappear.

The contractual hours can be set up in the user profile.
