In Strobbo, you can also view the occupancy of a work area on the planning.

This allows you to easily check if you have enough employees scheduled in a work area.

You activate this as follows:

  • Go to the schedule.

  • Open the desired week.

  • In the sidebar, click on the eye to open the view settings.

  • Then select "Show occupancy per work area" at the bottom under Occupancy.

On the planning you will now see the number of employees scheduled for each work area.

A shift consisting of 2 parts for 1 employee counts as 1 employee.

Open worktimes only count when they are assigned to an employee.
