Strobbo can also be used to sign the Flexi Framework Agreement. If you want to use this feature, you must also be using the contract module in Strobbo.

Note: you cannot activate this function yourself, you have to request it via our chat.

Using this module works as follows:

  • You activate the Flexi Job Contracts

  • You manually create the contract.

  • The employee receives the contract to sign when clocking in on Strobbo.

Activating the Flexi Job Contract signing flow

  • Settings

Go to Settings - Contracts.
Here, you can select for each establishment whether you want the contracts to be signed digitally.

  • You select the correct option:

    • Mandatory: the flexi cannot clock in without signing the contract

    • Optional: the flexi can choose whether to sign the contract; clocking in is possible without signing

  • Add your signature.

The signature field: this is where you, the admin, are supposed to place your signature. This signature will appear on the contract.

  • Save

When you have selected the correct setting and added your signature, click "Save" at the top right.

Add contract to sign

If you want your employee to sign a contract, you need to manually create the contract.

This can be done in two ways:

  • Via management - contracts

You click on the "add contract" button at the top right.

The pop-up below will open.
Here you can select the relevant employee and the establishment.
The start date is customisable.
Then click add.

  • Via management - the relevant user - contracts.

When you are in the "contracts" tab for the user, you will also see the green "add contracts" button at the top right.
The same pop-up as above will open; however, the correct employee has already been selected for you.

Which fields need to be filled in in the profile of the employee

The following fields are used per employee in the contract template and need to be filled in:

  • the first and last name of the employee

  • the address (street, number and city)

  • the function title (per company)

  • the hourly wage (per company)

Overview of existing contracts

You can find the contracts in 2 ways

  • An overview of the contracts of 1 employee

Via management - the relevant user - contracts

You will find the contract in the employee's profile in the "Contracts" tab.

  • An overview of all contracts via the contracts page

You can find an overview of all contracts at:

  • management

  • contracts.

The next screen will open and you can download the contract using the arrow at the end of the row.
