Have you linked your Strobbo environment with your ProTime environment?
Then we'll send an email with a so-called error log when there are issues with the synchronization.
One possible error message that may occur during the synchronization of employees is "EMPLOYEE_EXIST_WITHOUT_EMPL_NUMBER".
Literally translated, this means: There exists (in Strobbo!) an employee without an employee number. And that's a problem.
Why is this a problem?
When the synchronization between ProTime and Strobbo attempts to create a new employee, we first check if that employee doesn't already exist in Strobbo. We do this, among other things, by checking if the employee number is already known, as two employees with the same employee number are not possible.
Of course, we can only check this if an employee number has actually been filled in for each employee in Strobbo.
So if there is someone in Strobbo without an employee number, the synchronization stops creating new employees to prevent duplicates.
How do I solve it?
In short and simple terms: fill in an employee number for each employee in each entity in Strobbo.
This can be a dummy number, for example for admins or external employees.
The challenge often lies in finding out who it concerns.
How can I find out which employee it is?
The easiest way is to export your personnel list to Excel entirely, as you can easily find those who have no employee number with the search function.
Start by exporting all employees, including inactive ones, from the employee overview.
Also, make sure to check "Export all companies" for safety (especially if you have multiple entities in Strobbo).
In your Excel file, you now have one sheet "Personal data" and one sheet per legal entity known in Strobbo. We need the sheets of these entities.
Select the entire table in each sheet and activate the filters.
Then search in the "Employee number" column for (blanks).
The list will now be filtered for all employees who have no employee number in Strobbo.
Now go to their profile in Strobbo to fill in the correct number (or a dummy value).
