You can export your employees extra availabilities and absences to Excel when you use Strobbo.
You can find this as followed:
Navigate via "Schedule" to "Absences and availabilities".
You will see the button "Export extra availabilities".
When you click on the button a pop-up modal will open.
Select the data you want to export to Excel.
If needed you also have the option to download absences in an extra tab by selection the corresponding checkbox.
Press "export" the download will start to your computer.
In the Excel file you will find in the first tab an overview of the extra availabilities per staff member for the selected period. In the second tab you will find the absences.
