Absences & availabilities: extra availability

A member of your team can add their extra availability in Strobbo.

You can read how to do this here.

An admin and chief can modify and remove a staff member's extra availability if necessary.

You can do this by following the next steps:

  • Go to "Absences and availabilities" via Planning.

  • If you now see the calendar view, you need to switch to the list view.
    You can do this via these buttons:

  • Next you click on "availabilities".

  • You will find an overview of availabilities entered by your team.

  • You can now edit the availability using the pencil icon (edit icon). Behind the incorrect availability.

  • You can now change the day/hours. When you are done then click "edit" to remember the changes.

  • Changes can be viewed via the triangle symbol. We register every change so that no discussions are possible.

    You can see who created the availability and who modified it.

  • You can also delete an availability. You do this via the trash icon.

Attention: another pop-up will appear, here you can select whether you actually want to remove the availability.

All deleted availabilities can be found in the "deleted availabilities" tab.

Here you can also see the complete history of the deleted availability.
