The ‘Payroll’ dashboard can be used to provide insight into the hours your personnel are working. The hours that appear here come from the payroll page. Here, you can find out who has worked most by statute type also on which days the most work is completed.

Filters
As well as filtering by period and workspace, you can also filter by employee’s statute on this dashboard. ‘Not configured’ indicates the employees for whom no statute type has been configured. You can also filter by shift type. This allows you to gain a picture of how normal tasks, public holiday days and Sunday hours are split.
Hours per workspace
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find a graphic showing the registered hours from the payroll page for the selected workspace(s) over the selected period.
Hours per statute
This dashboard also includes a graphic showing the hours per statute type. This allows you to see which statute has worked the most hours during the defined period.
Hours per worktime type
This dashboard also includes a graphic with the hours by worktime type. This allows you to see which worktime type has been registered most often for the selected period.
Hours per worktime type per month
This dashboard also includes a graphic with the hours by worktime type. This allows you to see which worktime type has been registered most often for the selected period.
You can choose from various depiction options like stacked or grouped. Grouped shows the hours next to each other, while stacked shows the hours stacked on top of one another.
Hours per workday
The bottom graphic gives an overview of the number of hours registered by workday. Here, you’ll see which day has the most work hours for the selected period.
