An error on the planning is visible as followed:

When you hover over the work time you will see the errors. You can recognize a Nowjobs error by the asterisk (*) in front of the message. The other errors come from the Strobbo settings.

When you receive an error alert from Nowjobs you can check this by:

  • Opening the planning.

  • Clicking “More actions” in the top right.

  • Then clicking “View third-party exports”.

  • The following page then opens.

  • Here you’ll see which errors we’re receiving from Nowjobs for each worktime.

  • The validation of the work times is a legal procedure and is specified by Nowjobs.
    So you can’t set this up using Strobbo.

  • If you want to re-send the worktime with the error to Nowjobs, use the arrow next to the relevant worktime.


    Please note that not every error can be send again. When the arrow is grey you are not able to resend the worktime.

  • Do you want to receive emails on the errors, you can set this up as followed:

    • Open your "settings" (Management) navigate to Nowjobs.

    • Click on the edit- icon (pencil) behind the company.

    • Fill in your email and click on save.
