As the admin, you have access to the personal files for your colleagues; a manager doesn’t have this access.
It is possible to display the following details on the schedule and the clock overview. This also enables your manager to have access to the following data:
The employee’s telephone number
The employee’s email address
The employee’s contract
The number of working hours per week
The week schedule
The user’s data is visible when you hover over the name in the schedule.
On the time entry overview, you can find the data by hovering over the (i) information symbol.
The same information should appear.
