We recently launched your new payroll screen. The processes remain largely the same, only the look has changed.

Just like the previous page, you should first set up your filters.

After setting up your filters, you can use the “Reset data” button.
You will then still need to apply the rules. You now find this button at the top.
Ready to export? Click the green “export” button

If you’re then ready to close payroll, just click the “Close payroll” button.

Please note:
- You can also manually add a record. This will just be removed again after clicking “Reset data.” The best way to add a task is via the schedule planning screen or the clock overview.

The checkboxes:
Next to each task, you’ll see the options “R, E, OK”.

If a rule has been applied to a task, a tick will appear in the R box.
When a task is exported, a tick appears in the E box.
If you want to make it clear for yourself that the task is OK, you can manually tick the OK box.
