The new version of Strobbo is faster and just as user-friendly as the old version.
In this guide, we’ll lay out the key differences between the two.
Change in URL
The first thing to know is that the URL has changed from olws.eu/tenantname or app.strobbo.com/tenantname to desktop.strobbo.com/tenantname.
Change in the menu
In the old version, the sub-menus appeared under the main menu items.
In the new version, you click the main menu item and the sub-menus appears on the right-hand side.
All items that were active in your old environment have remained the same.
What are the icons in the top right?
In the top right side of the screen, you previously saw the following.
New: communicating our new features
Manual: takes you to our Helpdesk
Chat with Support: allows you to chat with a member of our support team.
Flag: the selected language
The icon: your profile, where you can log out or view your profile.
In the new version, you’ll find the following items:
Exclamation mark: communication about new features
The bell: downloads from your environment.
Question mark: our chat and manuals.
By clicking on your profile icon, you can change your language settings or log out.
How do I select a workspace?
We have also put the workspaces in the top right. These were formerly on the left-hand side.
In the new version, we have added this in the top right too.
