In Strobbo you can easily pass on the worked hours to the payroll office. We can even take into account the Gross Net overtime or allowance on a Sunday. To do this you need to define payroll rules in our system.

You can add these payroll yourself (see the tutorial below).

Please note: if you see that rules are already set, the Strobbo consultant has done this for you.

Because the rules have a direct impact on payroll processing, it's important that you don't just start changing the rules!

Always coordinate this with your consultant!

In this case we already added 2 payroll rules.

If you want to change a certain rule, you can open the rule via the edit (pencil) icon.

If you want to delete a payroll rule, you can use the red bin.

ATTENTION: the lower rule always works supplementary to the upper one.

Therefore you can use the button " reorder payroll rules" to adjust the position of the rules.

Use the arrows at the back to change the location of the line.

You can add a payroll rule with the green button " add".

The following screen will pop open and you can

  • select the statutes of the users to whom the rule applies

  • select the correct work time types

  • select the workspaces

  • select the criteria
You select whether it is a fixed value or a parameter. In the example below 38 hours per week is a fixed value.

  • the work time type it should become
In the example below hours above 38 will be converted to BN overtime.

Another example is "the nighthours". Below you can see how you can grant a nighthour code for all your staff members between certain hours.
