You can activate and modify the contracts via Settings - Contracts.

This manual contains all details on the Allowed Absence contracts.

Allowed Absence

General information

This contract module can only be used when the device is allowed to be used as a Strobbo time clock.

You cannot activate this yourself, so always ask your consultant or our support staff to activate the AA module.

Attention: the module is currently still free of charge if you already use the digital student contracts.

How can I activated the AA contracts

Go to Settings - Contract.

Here you can select for each company whether you want to have the contracts signed digitally.

Activate allowed absence

  • Inactive: the contracts are not activated.

  • Everyone: the TA contracts are for everyone.

  • Only for staff without a permanent contract (flexis, students, extras): only these staff will be asked to sign the contract when clocking out.

As an admin, enter your signature in the provided box. Your signature will appear with the contract.

How can I modify the AA contracts

Via Settings - Contract you can also see the template of the TA contract.

You can also edit the content of the contract.

In the text you will see certain tags between {{ }}. These are fixed tags that are replaced by variable data when creating the contract. You do not change these.

What happens when an employee clocks out

When an employee has performed less than he/she was planned to work, we can generate a digital document which the employee has to sign. When the employee signs this form, he agrees with a shortened work time. The shortened work time will be registered as allowed absence/permitted absence.

Important! We look at total hours worked vs scheduled hours here, not the start or end time.

When an employee wants to clock out he will receive the following notification.

If you don't want the employee to be able to refuse this he is going to have to sign the contract by default. After that, he's clocked out.

If you do want the employee to have the option to choose a different type of absence, this is also possible.

The employee can then click on "More Options" at the bottom.

The following screen will appear:

  • The employee can now choose to cancel and continue working

  • The employee can select a set absence type

When he selects the absence type the following screen appears.

When the contract is signed, "Sign and Send" can then be pressed.

And the employee is clocked out.

Where can I find the contracts

You can find an overview of all contracts via:
