You can set up some notifications yourself, while others need to be set up by our consultants.

The consultant will always go over this with you when activating Dimonas in Strobbo.

What can you set up yourself?

Via “Settings” and then “Notifications”, you can set up which notifications you would like to receive. You’ll always receive these notifications via email, so it’s important that you input an email address that you check regularly.

  • Dimona errors.
You will receive a notification to this email address when a Dimona bounces back with an error.

  • A new Dimona is created.
Enter your email address here to receive a notification every time a new Dimona is created.

  • A Dimona is updated.
Enter your email address here to be notified of updates to Dimonas.

  • A Dimona is cancelled.
Strobbo can automatically check for you whether you have transferred Dimona declarations when nobody actually worked using our clock feature.
If nobody has actually worked in a Dimona time slot, we can cancel this for you.

We run a check at 23:30 to see if there are any unused Dimonas.
If there are unused Dimonas, we will send a notification and send the cancellation (if activated) directly.

  • A Dimona isn’t sent.

Strobbo can check for you whether there are open Dimona declarations which haven’t been sent to Dimona.

E.g.: Jan is due to start work at 15:00. There is a Dimona record in Strobbo for Jan but this hasn’t been sent by 14:30. At this point, Strobbo can send you a notification.

  • If an employee doesn’t clock in.
You will receive an email when a member of your team doesn’t clock in as scheduled,
so you can look into this in a timely manner.

  • If an employee hasn’t clocked out.
You will receive an email if a member of your team hasn’t clocked out yet,
so you can look into this in a timely manner.

What can you not set up yourself?

The following features must be set up by a consultant:

  • activating the connection between the clock and Dimona,

  • the number of minutes in advance that the check for un-sent Dimonas should be run,

  • whether unused Dimonas should be automatically cancelled,

  • how many minutes in advance you should receive a notification about an employee not being clocked in,

  • how many minutes in advance you should receive a notification about an employee not clocking out,

  • whether the system can automatically update the Dimona and send it to the RSZ (Rijksdienst voor Sociale Zekerheid/Social Security Service).
