Then, select the desired day(s) and the type of holiday you’re requesting.
Then, select:
Based on planning: if your planning is in the system
Entire day: if you would like to request an entire day of holiday (the system will automatically calculate the correct hours)
Half a day: for half a day of holiday
Custom: to select how many hours of holiday you’d like within the timeframe.
If you’re unsure about any of the above options, or which to use, ask your employer.
Then, click “Add”.
Your leave is then requested and appears in your overview. Your employer can now manage your request.
How do I remove a requested absence?
To remove a requested or approved day of leave:
Click on the dustbin symbol in the absence screen.
If you want to remove multiple requests, you can preselect multiple requests.
Then, the button “Remove absence” should turn red.
This button is at the top of the month overview
In both cases, the following pop-up appears.
Choose “Yes” to permanently remove the absence.
Please note: You cannot remove a request/approved holiday day in the past.
How do I check the status of my pending absence?
Go to “My schedule” then “Leave”.
Here, you can use the filter at the top to filer by request status.
Then, you can also filter by holiday type.
Using the two filters, select the options you want to see displayed.
What do the colours in the overview indicate?
green = approved
red = declined
orange = requested – this still needs to be approved or declined by the manager/administrator
Where can I find my holiday balances?
There is an overview of your balances on the right-hand side of your monthly calendar.
A positive balance indicates that you still have entitlement to this type of holiday.
A negative balance indicates that you must make up hours for this type, via recouping/overtime.
You can also see how long the balance for each type of holiday is valid for.
