Your employer has started using Strobbo and you’ve been asked to use it too.
Of course, you might need some help getting to know our application and tool.
This guide will help you if you’re unable to login. For example, if you have forgotten your password. Read this guide to get back up and running.
You can also find the solution to various error messages
I’ve forgotten my password
First, go to your employer’s environment via the link they provided you with.
Click “Forgot login data?”
Do you work with the new Strobbo version, click on "Forgot password" .
Then, enter your email address. Note: this must be the same email address you registered your account with.
Then, click “Send password”.
You will receive an email with your password.
Log in using the link you’ve received and the password from the email.
Note: in the “current password” space, enter the password you received in the email. You can then reset and choose your own password.
Via our app
Open the Strobbo app
Click “Forgot password”.
Enter your email address.
You then receive an email with the password.
Log in using the password you received in the email.
After you’ve logged in, you can choose a new password.
Note: the “current password” is the password you received in the email.
I’ve entered my password incorrectly
If you receive the error message “Wrong username and/or password”
this means you have entered either an incorrect username or password. First, check that you aren’t adding any spaces by mistake and that caps-lock isn’t on.
If this isn’t the problem, click “Forgot login data” on the website or “Forgot password” in the application to request a new password.
I’ve been locked out
If you have tried to enter an incorrect password too many times your username may be blocked. If you try to log in again, you’ll see the “Account blocked” notification.
Contact your employer so they can unlock your account.
You can also request this via our support team.
My account hasn’t been approved yet
When you try to log in, if you see the message “Account not yet approved by HR”
you should let your employer know so that they can approve your account.
