The new week planner allows you to export certain sections from your schedule.

You can find the compatible exports under:

  • Via the side bar

  • Export planning;

  • Select the correct export and week, then select the options and click “export”.

  • A pop-up opens. When the arrow appears, you can download your export by clicking on it.

This guide includes details on all the different exports. There are various possible exports:

Export a day

To download a PDF export of your schedule, select “Day export (.pdf)”.
Then, select the week you wish to export. You always receive a PDF of the whole week with the days presented on separate pages.

This export has various options:

  • Show absences: by ticking this box you also see absences in your export.

  • Show occupation: tick this box to display the people planned in at the chosen time.

  • Show expected number of guests: this figure can be taken if you are linked with your reservation system.

  • Show expected revenue: you can fill out the expected revenue under “Add workday & revenue info” at the top of the schedule.

Export a week

To get an Excel export of your schedule, you can select “Week export (.xls)”. Then, select the week you wish to export.

This export has various options:

  • Group by work area: this provides an overview, just like you have online, displaying the employees by work area. If you don’t tick this box, they are exported in alphabetical order.

  • Show work areas without planning: this is for printing out a work area without anyone being planned in.

  • Show absences: click this box to display absences.

  • Show totals: provides an overview of the total hours per week per employee.

  • Show breaks: ticking this box allows you to export the overview showing breaks.

  • Show open work times: tick this box to display the open work times.

  • Show remarks: ticking this box allows you to leave a note or remark on a particular work time and have it printed.

  • Show unplanned employees: this also exports your employees who are not scheduled in.

  • Show rejected work times: ticking this box provides you with a visual overview of the rejected work times.

Export a period

Exporting a period is almost the same as the week export, with the same options.
Here, you can select multiple weeks at the same time. Input your required period into the date-range boxes.

Note: you cannot export more than two months at a time.
