If you frequently plan the same shift patterns, our templates feature could save you a lot of time and effort.
In this guide you will learn how to:
Use the side bar to create a template.
Creating templates
To create a template:
go to the week planner;
plan in the shifts you want to appear on your template;
go to the side bar:
click “create template”;
add a name and description, and then click “create”.
Loading templates
To load a template:
go to the week planner;
go to the side bar;
click “load template”;
this opens a list of your saved templates;
you can search this list by name using the search bar at the top;
click the blue arrow button next to your required template.
If there are clashes, you can choose to create
an open shift, which creates an open shift in the same work area.
a shift, which creates a shift at that time for the employee.
skip, in which case nothing happens with the shift clash.
Editing a template
You can easily edit a template by:
Loading the required template;
making the necessary changes;
saving the template by clicking “create template”.
(don't forget to delete the old template)
Deleting a template
Go to Planning > Templates;
click on the cross behind the template that you want to delete.
