How do you import an eID file in Strobbo?

To import an eID in Strobbo, we have to follow these steps:

  1. Download the eID software on the website from the government and install it.

    You can download the software on this page. Make sure you download both tools (eID software and eID viewer). Both tools need to be installed.

    Tip! After installing both tools we advice to reboot your pc.

  2. Connect the card reader with the the passport plugged in with your pc.

  3. Open the eID viewer software on your pc.

    If you connected the card reader and passport before you've opend the tool, the eID viewer wil automatically read the passport.

  4. In the eID viewer you can click on "File" in the upperleft corner, then you click on "Save As". You can now save the eID file on your pc.

  5. When you create/update a user you can upload the eID file.
