You can use the fixed workschedule option in Strobbo.

This fixed work schedule ensures that you can easily get the correct number of hours in case of absences.

  • This can be found under: "Management" at "Users".

  • Then click with the edit icon behind the name of the user you want to select.

  • Click on the tab of the department

Choose between:

  • the total number of hours per week

  • the fixed work schedule.

For total hours per week: the person has a variable work schedule. When we then allocate holidays, the system will divide the number of working hours per week by 5. You can always change this manually or assign holidays based on the planning.

With a fixed workschedule, the person has the same hours on a fixed day every week. You can fill in this work schedule by selecting the dot for fixed work schedule.

If you choose Fixed WorkSchedule the following popup will appear.

  • You can enter the number of hours per day that the person works.
Please pay attention to use the correct way of noting. 00h00m, first the hours then the minutes

  • Next you click on SAVE.

  • The number of working hours is automatically adjusted to what is noted in the schedule above.
