It is important to note that this dashboard only takes into account the ticked hours.

This screen does not take into account if someone is on holiday or they are paid based on planned hours.

When wages and cost are mentioned in this guide, we also refer to the data in the user profiles. To import or update this data, read this guide.

On this screen you can also choose between various locations and choose where this is taken from.

The summary information is at the top and the detailed graphic displays are below.

Overall worktime wage costs:

· The complete overview of the number of hours clocked multiplied by the cost of your personnel

· This is the combined figure that we currently have registered in Strobbo for all your personnel

Overall worktime wage paid:

· The number of hours clocked multiplied by your personnel’s wages

Average personnel cost

· The average personnel cost for the selected period (based on the cost-per-employee provided)

Average hourly wage

· The average hourly wage of your personnel

· You can provide this in the user profile, under ‘wage’

The following graphic shows the wages paid per location.

Wages paid per location:

· The total wages of the personnel at a particular location, based on the hours logged in Strobbo over the reference period you selected above

· We differentiate between wage and wage cost to make it easier for you to compare the wage and the team costs

Below, we provide more in-depth detail on the wage cost by work area. If you hover your mouse over the graphic, you’ll see a detailed percentage.

Wage cost by work area

· The wage cost for a specific work area over the period selected above.

· ‘N/A’ means that the staff member was not scheduled to work at the time of clock-in.

A further graphic in the dashboard displays the wage paid per month. If a certain month is not displaying here, this means you have not selected it in your date range above.

Wages paid per month

· The total wage and wage cost divided by month (within the period selected above)

Finally, you can also see an overview of the wage and wage cost by contract type.

· Here, we give an overview of the wage based on the registered clock-ins for a specific employee contract type during the selected period

Cost of wages by contract type

· Here, we give an overview of the costs based on the registered clock-ins for a specific employee contract type during the selected period

Average wage by contract type

· The average wage of a particular contract type based on the registered clock-ins during the selected period

Average cost of wages by contract type

· The average wage of a particular contract type based on the registered clock-ins during the selected period
