In this dashboard you will see the number of scheduled times versus the number of clocked times. So it is important to make sure that the clocked times are correct. If you adjust a ticking then it will not be visible in the reporting until a day later.

2) Select the desired branch on the left, if this applies to you.

Just like filtering by location, you can also (de)select certain employees.

Clocked times per statute

In this chart, you can see what type of user clocked. We note that in this example, 35.3% students clocked.

Clocked hours vs planned hours

Here you can see how much planned time you had and how much registered (or clocked) time there was during this period. In other words: how well the planning was followed, so you can see whether your planning was done correctly or not.

Clocked vs planned hours per location

If you have several locations you can use this column chart to compare where the clocked and planned hours deviate the least/most. So you know where you need to adjust.

One lower you will then see the results across the branches also reflected in percentages.

After that, you'll see the results for each day.

And then by week.

What statutes are used

You will be given an overview of the number of hours scheduled for each statute.

In addition, you can see the proportion of the statute in a given work area.

If you have several locations then you can see here the contribution of the various statutes per location.

Below that you will once again find all the data separately for possible export to excel.
