How do I add a new employee to the IT51 fingerprint scanner?

First of all search the PIN-code of the employee you want to create in the time entry.

If the time entry is turned on you will see the screen down below:

Put the finger of an admin at the bottom of the finger scanner, you will now see the following:

Press "Enroll finger".

You will be asked to identify the employee.

To do so, use the PIN-code you can find in the user profile of your employee.

Then press "OK".

Press on the finger you want to connect.

Let the employee you want to connect place his/her finger on the scanner.

Afterwards the device will ask you to remove the finger:

Remove the finger from the scanner.

The device will now process the data:

Afterwards the device will ask to place the finger back on the scanner.

Note: This can be asked several times. It's possible the device will ask this 2 to 4 times. You will briefly see this screen:

As soon as you see the screen below, it is certain that the finger has been scanned correctly:

You will return to this screen, the finger you have registered will have a check mark:

You can now press a second finger to register, you can select up to 2 fingers.

To do so, you need to follow the steps of registration as we did before:

Afterwards you can test both fingers briefly if you want to be sure. Just press "Test".

You will be asked to verify.

To do so, place one of your employee's registered fingers on the scanner.

As soon as you see the screen below, you will know that the test is successful:

You will now see the screen below again with a check mark on the fingers you have registered:

Press "Save" to save the fingers and link them to the entered PIN code in Strobbo.

You will briefly see this screen:

And then you should get the notification below:
