If you want to create a new work schedule. You can do this via Schedule and navigate to Workschedules. Then select "week" (top right).
Default worktimes
The main difference with the current weekly schedule is that the default worktimes appear on the right side of the screen in the side bar.
It is possible to add a "new" default worktime in this page. When you press de green button. Just add the start time, end time and if necessary a break. Then click "save".
Week selection
In this version of the weekly schedule you are able to select a specific week. You can do so with a click on the box with the date. The pop-up shows the week in which you are working/planning.
Want to select another week? Just select the date and the week will automatically be loaded.
Want to switch between weeks? This is possible with the green arrows next to the date.
Add employees to the schedule
Previously you could drag the employees from the list, but now you can also add users to a workarea on the planning.
Just navigate to the side bar. Select the employees and click "save".
The employee will appear in the schedule.
The numbers/hours you see should be read as followed.
13:15: the amount of scheduled hours that week
27:00: the contract hours per week
Adjusting a worktime
If you want to adjust/change a worktime you can use the 3 dots on the side of the working time.
The pop-up below will appear. Make the necessary changes and click "save". You can also delete a worktime or copy a worktime.
Display options
Via the blue button 'more options' you can to change your display/view of the schedule. Just click "display options' and the following will appear.
Copy schedules
Suppose you want to use this schedule more than once. From now on you can copy a schedule. Via the side bar "copy planning".
You can choose the copy a day or a week.
At the top calendar you can see which day/week is currently selected at the bottom calendar you can select where you want to copy it to. Then press "copy".
Add absence or extra availability
Via the blue button "more actions" you can also add an extra availability or absence.
