Select the correct date

First of all select the correct date:

  • click in the box of the date

  • select the correct date

  • the page will automatically load the chosen date

Do you want to switch between different days? Simply use the green arrows on the sides of the date.

On the right side you see various buttons. In this manual we will address these buttons and functions.

Create worktime

There are 2 ways to create a new worktime:

  • Click on the plus sign in the row where you would like to add/create a worktime.

  • Click on the round plus sign on the right side.

In both cases the image below will appear

Then you select:

  • the start (from) and end time (till);

  • a break if necessary;

  • the workarea;

  • the employee (caution: employees with a * are inactive);

  • an optional remark.

Afterwards click on create.

The created worktime will appear in the schedule.

When you click on this new shift the options to edit will reappear and if necessary you can make adjustments. Make sure to "save" these adjustments.

It is also possible to drag the worktimes/shifts. When a shift/worktimes appears in red this implies that the employee is planned outside of his/her availability.

View settings

Click on the eye icon on the right side and you will see various view settings.

In this part of the setting you can choose to see particular workareas, but also other view settings such as showing planned personnel only. When you uncheck an option this will no longer be active.

There are 2 possibilities to sort the schedule. Sort by start time or bij name.

The question mark

Shows the legend beneath the schedule and what each icon signifies.

More actions

On top (right) there is another button "more actions" in blue.

With this button you can send a reminder or clear an entire day. You can also add an absence or extra availability.

Notifications

Next to the button "more actions" you can see a bell on the left, when there are notifications the bell wil appear with a little red dot/circle on top of it. These notifications are important because possibly someone is planned for to many working hours or outside her/his availability. When you click on the bell you can see al the notifications and if necessary adjust your schedule and worktimes.
