Do you often see Archimedes the kitten or an error? Then you can try to clear your cache. If you've never done this before, you can follow the steps below.

Make sure to always use Strobbo in Google Chrome.

Click in the upper right corner of the menu bar on the tab icon (3 dots).

Scroll all the way down until you see 'Advanced'. When clicking this button, you will see the Privacy and security settings.

Click on the last option of Privacy and security: 'Clear browsing data'.

The following pop-up will open. Check 'Cached images and files' and click on 'Clear data'.

Now close your browser and open it again. If you still see kittens or errors, please contact Chat with Support.
