When one of you employees forgot to clock in or out you can adjust the time entry time by clicking the 'edit icon' (pencil) of that wrong entry. If your employee completely forgot to register you can also add a time entry manually.
Go via Planning to Time Clock Entry Overview
Click on the green "Add entry" button
The following screen will open:
select the employee
select the correct startdate and start hour
select the correct enddate and end hour
select the correct workspace
add a remark, this is optional
click on add
