1. Choose in the menu for Schedule - Workschedules.

  2. Choose a day or week in the calendar on the left and click 'Confirm'.

  3. Choose for 'Event' in the upper right corner.

  4. Click on the appropriate day on 'Add event'.

  5. Fill in the data.

  6. Choose which employees you want to schedule for which hours in which working area. The green line indicates when the person is available according to the system.

  7. Click on 'Save' at the bottom. If you choose in the menu for Schedule - Events, you'll see the event in the list. It is possible to adjust this event by clicking the 'edit icon' (pencil) in front. In this page you can also copy the event to other days by clicking the button 'Copy event' at the bottom.
