Sometimes it might be necessary to adjust a start- or end time because someone didn't check in or out on time.
You can easily adjust the time entry working time in the following way.
1. Choose in the menu for Schedule - Time Entry overview.
2. Choose on the edit icon on the left of the working time you want to adjust.
3. Correct the data and enter a remark on why it was necessary to make the adjustment.
4. Click on 'update'.
TIP: An adjusted worktime will be indicated with an exclamation mark (!). Click on this icon to see the details of the adjustment.
Attention: it is not possible to delete a time entry working time: when you want to delete this during your testing period, please contact our Chat with Support.
