Strobbo can check if you sent Dimona declarations for which no one actually worked. This happens on the basis of the time entry clock.
So when no one has worked for a Dimona, we can cancel it for you.

At 11:30pm we check if there are unused Dimonas. If this is the case, we will can send a notification and (if allowed) immediately cancel.

  • you'll be able to set up this notification (amongst others) by navigating to management > settings > notifications

    • scroll all the way down and add the desired emailadres by click the blue plus button

    • you can add multilple adresses

    • don't forget to save your changed at the top of the screen after you've made your changes

  • the cancel of the Dimona is something we'll have to (de)activate for you: you'll need to consult our Chat with Support for this
