How do I unblock my GPS coordinates when clocking in?

Google Chrome (Windows)

1. Click on the upper right on the 'Secure icon' and click under 'Location' on 'Allow'.

2. Refresh the page.

Internet explorer

1. Click on the upper right on the 'Settings icon' and then on 'Internet options'.

2. Click on the tab 'Privacy'.
3. Make sure the box 'Never allow websites to request your physical location' is not checked.
4. Click on 'Clear sites' and then click on 'OK'.

5. Go back to the time entry page.
6. Strobbo will ask you again to allow tracking your location. Click 'Always allow'. 

Safari (OSX)

1. Go to System Preferences - Security & Privacy.
2. Make sure  ‘Enable location services‘ is active. If it isn't, you can adjust this by clicking the 'lock icon' on the bottom left.

3. Click in Safari OK - Preferences.

4. Under Privacy, check the 'Prompt for each website one time only' button.

5. Click in Safari OK – Reset Safari...

5. Make sure no boxes are checked except for 'Reset all location warnings'.

6. Go back to the time entry clock page.
7. Strobbo will ask you again to track your location. Click on 'Allow'. 

Chrome (Android)

1. Click in the upper right on the menu button and choose 'Settings'.

2. Click on ‘content settings’.
3. Click on ‘website settings’
4. Search the Strobbo website.

5. Check the box 'location access'.

6. Go back to the time entry clock page.
7. Strobbo will ask you again to share your location. Click on 'Allow'. 

Safari (iOS)

1. Go to Settings - Privacy - Location services.
2. Make sure 'Location services' and 'Safari' are active.

Alternative: Go to Settings - General - Reset and click 'Reset location and privacy'.
3. Go back to the time entry clock page.
4. Strobbo will ask again to allow sharing your location. Click on 'OK'.
