Using a template you can load a standard work week. This way you don't need to plan everyone each time. To load a template, you first need to have made a template. More information on making a template in this article.
Navigate to the day/weekplanner
Navigate to the template-icon on the sidebar.
Click on the Load Template -icon
The following screen will pop-up
Select the template you want to use by clicking on the blue arrow.
