If your employee cannot log in or he/she forgot her password, they can reset this themselves. More information on how they can reset this themselves in this article.
You can also reset this as admin by following these steps:
Do you have the new version of the user view?
- Open the profile of the user
- Click on More Actions
- Click on Reset Employee Password.
Choose in the menu for Management - Users.
Click on the left on the 'edit icon' (pencil) of the employee for whom you want to reset the password.
Scroll down and click on the button 'Reset password'.
Attention: you need admin rights to do this.
