Using a template you can load a standard work week. This way you don't need to plan everyone each time.
There is no limit on how many templates you can make.
You can make templates using the following steps:
Plan your personnel who work the same days and hours every week.
Click on 'Create template' at the bottom.

New weekplanner
Go to the week or dayplammer
Navigate to the side bar
Click on the icon "create template"
The following screen will pop-up
Fill in a name and description
Click on "create"
